Click on the REPORTS menu option to access the reports page (see image below).
Report Parameters Top of Page
Some reports have parameters that can be set to indicate which data is desired in the report. You can select which program period you want as well as which counties you want to report against (see image below). County and External users are limited to reporting on the county with which they are affiliated.
To run a report:
Step 1. Select the report from the list on the left.
Step 2. If report criteria is available, select the report criteria if needed.
Step 3. Click the View Report button.

| Statewide/County Youth Demographic Data | This report shows information either at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access), all of the data relevant to youth demographics. For state users, this report is filterable by County. |
| Statewide/County Employer Data | This report shows information either at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access), all of the employers who have participated (employed youth) for the current program year. |
| Statewide/County Employment Data | This report shows either at a statewide level or county level (depending on user access), all of the youth employment data for the current program year. For State users, the report is filterable by county and period (for historical reporting). |
| Statewide SYEP Participants and Employers | This report shows a summary by county of the total employers participating in each county and the total number of youth participating in each county. For State users, the report is filterable by county and period (for historical reporting). |
| Program Summary by County | This report shows a summary a statistical summary of of youth employment data for each county. |
| Program Age Summary by County | This report shows a summary by county showing how many youth are employed in each age category. |
| Employer by Industry Type | This report shows a count of employers for each industry type. |
| Participant by Work Type | This report shows a count of participants for each work type. |
| Top 25 Employers | This report shows the top 25 employers employing youth. |
| Employer Evaluations Not Completed | This report shows a list of employers and youth who have not had surveys completed. |
| Summary of Employer Evaluations | This report shows a statistical summary of survey responses. |
