SYEP Help - Survey

When you arrive at the Survey screen to complete a survey, you will be presented with the list of questions that must be answered.

At a minimum, you must enter all fields that are marked as required. Required fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*) in front of each field.

When finished, press the Save button. Cancel will return you to the last page without saving any values.

In view mode, you will not be able to change any values.
